This website is hosted on our own EU-based server. Server logs (IP address, date/time, referrer, user agent) are processed. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (security & stability). Deletion usually after 7–14 days.

✉️ Contact form / Email

When contacting us, we process name, email and message to handle your request. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Data is deleted after completion unless statutory retention applies.

📨 Processors (Email delivery)

Emails are sent via our own mail server / hosting provider. Where required, a Data Processing Agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place.

No tracking cookies, no third-party embeds that transfer personal data. If services are added later (e.g., analytics, fonts), this policy will be updated.

📊 Web Analytics with Umami

We use the privacy-friendly analytics tool Umami, hosted on our own EU-based server. Only anonymized usage data is collected (e.g., visited pages, visit duration, browser type). No cookies are set, IP addresses are not permanently stored, and no data is shared with third parties. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in measuring reach and improving our website).
